"UTK" PJSC continues to deploy ERP system on the basis of Oracle E-Business Suite. All stages of its implementation have been completed in due time: development and introduction of the system of description of the Company’s business processes, installation and adjustment of the system. The Company  jointly with functional experts carried out two test cycles. At present UTK prepares data on elements of the system and performs its test loading. The ERP system will be put into commercial operation since 18th  November.

The new software product covers all spheres of enterprise management: financial management, planning of material resources, personnel management. After introduction of the master – system all subdivisions of the Company  will be involved into work with Oracle E-Business Suite.

A group of specialists from the General Management and regional branches of "UTK" PJSC   has been formed to pass training on Oracle E-Business Suite. The training will be many-staged: in August senior specialists will pass a course of training in «Training and Production Center» of "UTK" PJSC, then they will come back to their subdivisions and train end users to work with the ERP system using distant training systems. Internal tutors and external consultants who will work in the central office of the Company  till the end of 2005 will help to resolve all the problems that may arise in connection with the ERP system application.

Let us remind that the implementation of the ERP system based on Oracle E-Business Suite is centralized. Svyazinvest holding signed the contract on purchase of Oracle licenses at the end of May 2003. Under the contract the holding has bought 13 modules of Oracle E-Business Suite software as well as  services on training of personnel and technical support of the system within the first year. The software product is being implemented in all seven inter-regional telecommunications companies. Its introduction will allow to provide an absolute transparency of managerial processes, to increase control over cash flows and  to enhance business - planning efficiency.
