2007 Collective agreement approved

At the beginning of November "UTK" PJSC held a conference of work collective at which the Collective agreement for 2007 was approved.

For the first time in the history of Svyazinvest a collective agreement uniform for all inter-regional companies of the holding was adopted. Now relationships of employers and employees are based on the similar principles in all regions of Russia – from South to Far East. Such unified approach became possible due to unification of control and accounting systems in the joint-stock companies incorporated in Svyazinvest.  The automated system Oracle - EBS supports the implementation of the project.

2007 collective agreement of "UTK" PJSC was developed in an unprecedented short space of time, one month only. The decision on its preparation was taken on 29 September, 2006 at the 8th  session of the Committee of the Inter-regional trade-union organization of "UTK" PJSC held in Krasnodar. The bilateral commission consisting of 18 representatives of the employer and the employees negotiated on the terms of the Agreement .

The distinguishing features of 2007 Collective agreement are introduction of unified working hours in all branches of the Company, salary-based system of labour remuneration and unified size of social benefits.

UTK’s CEO Alexander Andreev said at the conference that the value of 2007 Collective agreement was up 11.3% over 2006 Collective Agreement. Expenses for social benefits are to be increased by 21.8%.

Chairman of Interregional trade-union organization of "UTK" PJSC  Andrey Grebyonkin stated the improvements in employees’ positions as compared with 2006. The employees will again receive moneyed assistance for organization of their vacations. The Company  will also allocate funds for organization of the rest of the employees’ children to make them healthier. The collective talks resulted in the decision that the employer would help to finance important social actions of the working collective and organization of the rest of employees’ children.
