Tav Morgan has been approved by the MMC Norilsk Nickel Board of Directors as Deputy General Director – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. Tav Morgan will be responsible for the issues of production, technological development, and development of the raw materials resource base, the fuel-and-energy complex, and capital construction of the Company.

Tav Morgan was born on November 9, 1968. He graduated from Yale University (B.A., Political Science and International Relations. New Haven, CT, USA), Oxford University (M. Phil., Russian and East European Studies, concentration in Economics and Law, Oxford, England).
1993 - 1995 - Consultant with Ernst & Young, International Financial Services in Kazakhstan and Kirgizstan.
From 1995 till April 30, 2004 – Partner, Location Manager, Moscow Office of McKinsey & Company. Over nine years management consulting experience in Russia, Ukraine, Poland, South Africa and United States serving local and foreign clients in the ferrous and non-ferrous metals, mining, industrial goods, electric power generation, airline, and aerospace industries. Extensive experience in strategy development, merger and acquisitions, design and implementation of operational improvement programs, and investment planning and control systems.
