Russia’s National Union of Homebuilders (NOZA) has published a revised rating of Top 200 largest homebuilders by the volume of housing under construction. Once again LSR Group was ranked Russia’s largest real estate developer. 

As of March 1, 2017 LSR Group had 2.12 million m2 under construction which accounts for 2 % of the total volume of housing under construction in Russia. The company is currently implementing several large-scale projects, including Civilization, Novaya Okhta and Yuzhnaya Akvatoriya in Saint Petersburg, ZILART and LUCHI in Moscow, Michurinsky and Rassvetny in Yekaterinburg.

The rating by NOZA is based on project declarations and the information disclosed on homebuilders’ websites. This is the most representative list of the Russian leading real estate development companies acknowledged both in Russia and abroad.
