On May 16, the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin visited the automotive plant named after I. A. Likhachev (ZiL). As a part of this visit the Chairman of the Board of Directors of LSR Group Andrey Molchanov presented a draft plan for redevelopment of the former territory of the plant to be carried out by LSR Group. 

The meeting was also attended by the Deputy Mayor for Urban Development and Construction Marat Khusnullin, the Deputy Mayor for Transport and Road Infrastructure Development Maksim Liksutov and other members of the government.

The project for redevelopment of the 56 hectares territory of ZiL plant implies construction of more than 1.5 million m2 of high quality real estate including housing, offices, retail premises and underground parking.

Sergey Sobyanin promised to lend support to LSR Group and expressed confidence that the best district in Moscow will be constructed on the territory of the plant.
