Subsidiaries of LSR Group won Leaders of Construction Quality-2012 awards – the companies received 8 diplomas in various nominations including the grand prix.

The leaders were chosen in two categories – “Building materials” and “Construction projects” – based on the quality of projects and goods.

The main trophy, the grand prix in the“Best building materials” nomination, went to reinforced concrete business unit of LSR Group (PO Barrikada).

LSR. Aggregates & Ready-mix concrete – North-West won three first-place diplomas in the “Best building materials” nomination for its products: sand, crushed granite and ready-mix concrete.

Construction subsidiary of LSR Group (DSK Blok) was also marked in this category – it won the second-place diploma for reinforced concrete goods and structures for elevator shafts in residential buildings. In addition to that, the company was awarded with a special prize “For significant contribution in developement of the construction quality system”.

In the nomination “Best residential project” the jury marked the all three LSR Group projects. Two companies of LSR. Real estate – North-West received first-place diplomas for “Kovenskiy, 5” and “Yuzhny” projects. DSK Blok was also awarded in this nomination for “Avrora” project.

Leaders of Construction Quality-2012 awards had 36 participants representing 28 types of building materials and 24 construction projects. The contest is supported by the President’s representative in the North-West Federal district, the Government of St. Petersburg, National Association of Builders as well as some non-commercial and professional organizations.
