LSR Group earned three awards at Urban Awards 2018 ceremony held in Saint Petersburg. The jury praised LSR Group’s premium-class projects for their highest quality. 

The residential project Verona became winner in the category “Best Architectural Concept” and “Best premium-class residential housing project in Saint Petersburg”. The residential complex Neva Haus was awarded as “Premiere of the year”.

VERONAis located in one of the most prestigious places of the city, on Krestovsky Island. The project was designed by the famous architect workshop Evgeny Gerasimov and Partners in Roman palazzo style.

Neva Haus is a part of LSR Group’s large-scale development on Petrovsky Island, which will also include Neva Residence business-class residential complex and Neva Art apartment complex.

PetrovskyIslandis a unique territory featuring large green areas, amazing water views and the city’s famous sights located nearby. Isolation and the limited construction capacity of the island will ensure a homogeneous social environment which is important for people buying high-end real estate.

The Urban Awards has been created in 2009 to celebrate achievements in Russia’s residential real estate market, promote modern standards and the exchange of knowledge in real estate development, construction, architecture, marketing, and management of real estate as well as improving the quality of infrastructure and urban environment. Facilities-awardees of the Urban Awards obtain the status “Best facility of the year” in the corresponding category confirming by that compliance with the strictest quality standards on the housing market.
