LSR Group has started a new large-scale project in the western part of Vasilyevskiy island, on the reclaimed lands along the coastal line of the Gulf of Finland.  

The company has started levels elevation and soil stabilization works on the construction site, which will require approximately 3.5 mln m3 of sand, 30,000 m3 of crushed granite and 105,000 m3 of stones, to be supplied by our aggregates business unit. The works are to be completed by the mid of 2019. 
The project implies construction of 500,000 m2 on a land plot of 34 ha, a pedestrian embankment along the Gulf of Finland and a big park. The construction will start in 2019. The project is scheduled for completion in 2028. 

The project was acquired by LSR Group in July 2017.
