On September 15, the award ceremony of the PROESTATE AWARDS 2016 competition took place in Moscow, where LSR Group was named the winner of the main nomination, “Best Development Company”. 

The expert jury reviewed such items as the company’s milestones and development strategy, reputation and image, main achievements, successful projects, innovations used, etc. “Over 23 years of work, LSR Group has transformed from a regional market leader into a federal-level company that implements development projects in Moscow, Saint Petersburg and Yekaterinburg,” said Yuri Ilyin, Chief Commercial Officer of LSR Group. “We’re happy that the professional community praised the quality of our company’s work.”

The jury also was impressed by LSR Group’s development projects. For instance, the “Tsvetnoy Gorod” residential project, which is currently under construction in the Krasnogvardeysky District of Saint Petersburg, became a finalist in the “Complex Territory Development” nomination.

PROESTATE AWARDS 2016 is one of the most prestigious professional competitions held as part of the namesake International Real Estate Investment Forum, which this year took place in Moscow between September 14 and 16.
