LSR Group started construction and opened pre-sales of apartments in a new mass market residential project located in the Kalininsky District of Saint Petersburg with net sellable area of 68,500 m2. 

The new residential project will comprise four 25-storey buildings with 1,187 apartments from 35.3 to 109 m2. Two 6-storey parking with 516 car lots will be built nearby. 

The lowest price of the apartment is RUB 3,071,000. The project will be completed in the third quarter of 2017.
