LSR Group has started construction and opened pre-sales of apartments in a new residential project «Three winds»  with a total area of 54 th sq m. The project will be built on a land plot of 3 ha in the Primorsky district of St. Petersburg. 

The residential project «Three winds» will comprise 3 thirteen- storey  houses, where there will be presented from one-roomed to six-roomed apartments with an area from 39,61 to 178,86 th sq m.
The apartments will be transferred to the customers either fully finished or shell and core. The project is carried out in accordance with Federal regulations of Russian Federation (Federal Law No. 214).
The project is scheduled for completion in the middle of 2018.
