OJSC LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MICEX-RTS: LSRG), one of the leading real estate developers and building materials producers in Russia, completed buy-back of its Series-03 interest-bearing non-convertible bonds with mandatory safekeeping.
The bonds were bought back in accordance with the Public Offer as of 16 December 2013. Registration number 4-03-55234-Åas of 02.11.2011. The total amount of bonds submitted was 967,881. The total amount of transaction was RUB 1,007,157,610.98 including the accrued interest. Broker: OOO URALSIB Capital.
