OJSC LSR Group completes a unique elite residential complex in the historical center of St. Petersburg – Hermitage View House. The complex of 28.6 th sq m is located on 2-4 Zoologicheskiy lane. The project’s developer is Construction Corporation Renaissance of St. Petersburg.
The complex has a unique location: its residential part faces the Neva embankment, while on the opposite side there are the Peter and Paul Fortress, Winter Palace Embankment, State Hermitage Museum and  Spit of Vasilievskiy Island.The office block between Zoologicheskiy lane and Dobrolyubova prospekt will become a part of the district’s prestigious business area.
Hermitage View House is built on the land plot of 0.4 ha and combines both residential and office parts. The residential part comprises 19 apartments of 4.4 th sq m, commercial premises of 1.6 th sq m and an underground parking of 3.3 th sq m for 60 cars. The office part includes commercial premises of 11.8 th sq m and a parking of 5.4 th sq m for 101 cars.
The project construction started in December, 2008 and is completed on schedule.
