CJSC Mosstroyrekonstruktsiya (a subsidiary of LSR Group) signed a contractor agreement with OOO Construction Company Pioneer (a member of Pioneer Group) to build a residential complex in the North-west district of Moscow.

According to the agreement, the new complex (Mitinskaya str.) will comprise of three multi-storey residential buildings with a total area of 87,448 sq.m. OJSC Zavod ZhBI-6 (a subsidiary of LSR Group) will produce reinforced concrete items for the construction of the new complex.
The construction is scheduled to begin in April, 2012. The whole project is planned for completion in 4Q 2014.
