GDSK and VTB24 establish a strategic partnership

New level of cooperation between City HouseBuilding Company (OOO GDSK), a subsidiary of LSR Group, and Bank VTB24 provides a number of extended opportunities.

This cooperation allows GDSK to get the projects under construction accredited in shorter time, to arrange mutual promotion campaigns, to attract new customers, and also to provide its customers with favourable credit terms. CJSC Bank VTB 24 will have more potential clients who would like to obtain mortgage to purchase housing under construction.

The programme, called “Mortgage. Housing under construction” of Bank VTB24, includes six residential units of GDSK, constituting 3 complexes: Antey, Dolgoozyorny and Yuzhny. A new residential unit of the Karolina residential complex will be soon included into the mortgage programme.

As a part of the strategic partnership, clients of GDSK get the following discounts:
- a 0.5% discount for the base interest rate;
- a 20% discount for credit commission fee;
- a 50% shorter lockout period;
- “green corridor” for applications.

Since the purchase agreement serves as security, additional collateral or mortgage security are not necessary. Certificate of income might also be needed. Individual entrepreneurs are seen as potential borrowers. The minimum initial fee is set at 20%.

Besides, credit terms and requirements to the borrowers get more loyal”.

The Antey complex is located in the Moskovsky district, a five-minute walk from the Zvyozdnaya metro station. The complex comprises panel, brick and brick and cast-in-situ Series 121 buildings of various height (12-25 storeys). The total number of apartments in the complex is 2,341. The yards have two-level semi-buried garages with playgrounds, sports grounds and recreation areas on their roofs.
The 5th residential unit of the complex is a 16-18-storey brick and cast-in-situ building with four entrances. The unit planned completion date – 3rd quarter of 2011.
The 7th residential unit of the complex is a 25-storey brick and cast-in-situ building. Its planned completion date – 4th quarter of 2011.

The Yuzhny project is located in the Krasnoselsky district, along Leninsky prospect. 121 Series of brick and cast-in-situ buildings occupy six land plots. The area to be developed lies in a modern and comfortable residential neighbourhood in the southwest of St. Petersburg with well-developed social and shopping infrastructure. Two schools, five kindergartens, clinics for children and adults are to be built in the neighbourhood. Every yard will comprise parking, playgrounds and sports grounds, and commercial properties on the first floors.
A brick and cast-in-situ residential unit is being built on the 6th plot. Its planned completion date – 4th quarter of 2011.

The Dolgoozyorny complex is located in the Primorsky district of St. Petersburg, 10 minutes by public transport away from the Komendantsky prospect metro station. The complex comprises 2 residential blocks which form closed yard spaces.
Located near major thoroughfares, it offers good transport accessibility and a well established social and shopping infrastructure – there are shops, supermarkets, beauty salons, sports centers as well as schools and kindergartens. Besides, the complex is situated in an environmentally-friendly place with access to popular recreational areas and the Gulf of Finland.
