Today at Gazprom headquarters, Alexander Ananenkov, Deputy Chairman of Gazprom's Management Committee, held a working meeting with Alexander Ogli, Minister of Industry of Sakha (Yakutiya) Republic.
The parties discussed a number of issues related to finalization of incorporation documents for a legal entity jointly formed by Gazprom and the government of Sakha (Yakutiya) Republic, as well as cooperation development perspectives. One of the issues discussed was Gazprom's participation in Sakha (Yakutiya) Republic's program of gasification.

The central part of Sakha (Yakutiya) Republic is supplied by natural gas via the Sredneviluiskii gas condensate - Mastakh - Berge - Yakutsk trunk pipeline.
The state Program of gasification of Sakha (Yakutiya) Republic in 2002-2006 and the main directions of gasification up to the year 2010 is currently implemented.
The joint legal entity formation has been approved by a number of agreements between Gazprom and Sakha (Yakutiya) Republic, one of the agreement dates 23 March 2004. The incorporation of a company will enhance natural gas supply security in the central industrial region of the republic, including the city of Yakutsk.
