The Gazprom Board of Directors held a meeting in absentia.

The Board of Directors reelected Oleg Aksyutin, Head of the Gas Transportation, Underground Storage and Utilization Department as the Member of the Gazprom Management Committee for another five-year term starting from November 5, 2013.
