During April 17-21, 2006, the city of Sochi will host the 16th International Business Meeting ‘Diagnostics-2006’ to be co-sponsored by Gazprom and its subsidiary Orgenergogaz.

The upcoming Meeting is mainly aimed at:

• exchanging information on state-of-the-art diagnostics equipment and methodologies for gas production, transmission, distribution and processing facilities;
• coming up with a common development strategy for inspection tools and methods;
• developing and updating a comprehensive pipeline integrity program;
• analyzing accumulated experience and seeking to maintain integrated uniform approaches towards diagnostics of natural gas production, transmission, distribution and processing facilities.

The Meeting will include the following sections:

• Diagnostics of long-distance gas transmission pipelines;
• Diagnostics of compressor station equipment and systems;
• Diagnostics of gas distribution and gas refueling facilities;
• Production and dispatching support for the United Gas Transmission System diagnostics and repair;
• Diagnostics of gas, condensate and oil upstream equipment.
