Today, Mansurovo Village of the Istrinsky District (Moscow Oblast) has hosted the opening ceremony of the Moscow affiliate of the Gazprom Non-State Higher Education University for Advanced Management Training & Professional Retraining.

The opening ceremony was attended by a Gazprom’s delegation chaired by Alexander Ananenkov.

Alexander Ananenkov underscored that Gazprom annually hires more than a thousand of young higher and secondary education specialists.

“Any young specialist has a chance to move in the right direction, achieve remarkable results and build up a professional career. Gazprom’s educational units and at the first place the corporate university help to reach said targets. The Moscow affiliate opening will stimulate significant increase in the number of students,” said Alexander Ananenkov.

Non-State Higher Education University for Advanced Management Training & Professional Retraining was established in 1995. The University received the license of the Moscow Education Department to provide educational activity as well as state accreditation given by the RF Ministry of Education.

The Saint-Petersburg affiliate named as Computer Technologies and Designing Center was established in 1995.

The University provides advanced training programs for heads and specialists of the Gazprom Administration and subsidiaries in the sphere of management, economics and finance, accounting, legislation and law, upgraded computer technologies and systems as well as foreign languages.

Every year some three thousand people receive education in the university. The Moscow affiliate plans to retrain nearly a thousand of specialists annually.
