The Board of Directors has agreed on the alienation of Gazprom’s 2,542,500,000 shares (which is 10.7399% of the Company’s authorized capital worth RUR 203,501,700,000) from its subsidiaries Gazprombank, Gazprominvestholding, Gazfond and Gazprom Finance in favor of Rosneftegaz.
