Alexander Ananenkov, Acting Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee convened at the Company’s Headquarters a meeting focused on enhancing technical supervision at capital construction and repair facilities, and improving quality of control and acceptance of goods for the Gazprom Group at manufacturing companies.
Present at the meeting were heads and specialists of the Gazprom core structural units, representatives of Gazkomplektimpex, Gaznadzor, Lentransgaz, Mostransgaz, Orgenergogaz, Severgazprom, Spetsneftegaz Science & Production Association, Tyumentransgaz, Centrenergogaz and Yamalgazinvest.
The meeting underscored that Gazprom’s sweeping projects (such as the construction of the North European Gas Pipeline, a gas transmission system from the Yamal Peninsula and the Altai gas pipeline) as well as gas trunk line re-construction, overhaul and recoating programs required enhancing the technical supervision efficiency at capital construction and repair facilities.
The meeting also pointed to the need of improving the system of quality control and acceptance of goods manufactured for the Gazprom Group of companies.
At the end of the meeting the parties adopted decisions aiming to enhance technical supervision and improve quality control as well as to further introduce standards for the STO Gazprom 9000 quality management systems at companies manufacturing goods for the Gazprom Group.
