The Board of Directors’ meeting is underway at the Gazprom Headquarters.

The Board of Directors took notice of the data on ways of improving Gazprom’s purchases of equipment and services.

The Board of Directors tasked the Management Committee with updating the Rules covering the placement of orders for the supply of goods, performance of works and rendering of services for Gazprom and its subsidiaries’ needs with a single supplier (executor, contractor). The updated Rules will be reviewed at the next Board of Directors’ meeting.
