FETEC (Dalsvyaz) started active subscription of new mobile subscribers in Magadan and Kamchatka region. Vladislav Ilchenko, deputy Director General of company business development says that number of subscribers in Magadan increased almost by 1,500 up to 3,503 as of February 4, 2004 during a month and a half. Number of new subscribers in Kamchatka increased by 3,113 up to 10,654 for the same period.

Vladislav Ilchenko, mentions several new tariff plans of the FETEC (Dalsvyaz) providing drop in value of subscription and calls inside the network. He said that the Company would further develop its cellular business. Arrangement of own roaming, development of sms service and tariff plans for corporate clients and implementation of express cards are planned in 2004.
