Moscow. 17 October 2006. In connection with the planned additional share issue, OAO "TGC-1" invites interested legal persons to take part in the Competitive Negotiations:
for the right to conclude a Services Contract with the Principal relating to raising investments for OAO "TGC-1" through an additional share issue;
to provide legal advisory services to support the Placing of additional shares in OAO "TGC-1".
