Moscow. 7 November 2006. Tomorrow, 8 November, Chairman of the Management Board of RAO "UES of Russia" Anatoly Chubais will fly to the People's Republic of China as a member of the Russian Government delegation to take part in talks on expanding economic cooperation between Russia and China, scheduled for 9 November. It is planned that during the visit, RAO "UES of Russia" and the State Power Grid Corporation of China will sign an agreement on the basic principles of implementing a project to export Russian electricity to China.
