Moscow, 1 December 2006. The Media Relations Department of the Corporate Center at RAO "UES of Russia" has been awarded the "Silver Tuning Fork" National Prize in the category "For Efficient Information Support to Company Activities and Positive Image Building".

The awards ceremony was held during the 14th International Professional Exhibition "PRESS-2007" that took place at the All-Russia Exhibition Center.

The Silver Tuning Fork Prize is awarded to companies' best PR- and media relations units. In 2005, the RAO UES Media Relations Department was awarded the Grand Prix of the Silver Tuning Fork Awards.
