Moscow, 22 December 2006. To mark the Energy Worker's Day, Rambler Internet Holding, one of Russia's largest Internet companies, has created an E-Museum of the Electricity Industry.

The website address of the project is www.energymuseum.ru. It features exhibits from the museums of Russian electricity companies, which include rare archival photographs, informative videos about electric power and electricity industry. The website's music section contains modern songs of energy workers and about energy workers. Site visitors can send e-cards to their peers and wish them all the best on Energy Worker's Day.

The website contents will be updated on an ongoing basis. Very soon, the website will include flash games and new searchable contents of the cyber museum.

This is the second joint project of RAO "UES of Russia" and Rambler Internet Holding. Last year, the companies went live with a website dedicated to the 85th Anniversary of the GOELRO plan, featuring the history of the Russian energy industry.
