Moscow. 25 January 2007. Effective today, the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange Stock Exchange (MICEX SE) starts trading shares of OAO "TGC-14". The company's shares have been included in the Part of the Schedule "Securities Admitted to Trading But Not Included in Quotation Lists".
On 18 January 2007, TGC-14 shares started trading on the Exchange Market and Classical Market of the RTS Stock Exchange.
OAO "TGC-14" was registered with the authorities on 7 December 2004 in the city of Chita. The company comprises generation companies based in two regions of Russia, the Chita Region and the Republic of Buryatia. OAO "TGC-14" is headed by Director General Vladimir Alferov.
