Moscow, 2 August 2007. OAO "TGC-2" will accept bids for the tender to advise on additional share issue and sale of the "government stake" in the company.

Bids are be accepted from 2 through 17 August 2007. The competitive negotiations date will be announced at a later date.

The services contract will be awarded to the bidder which offers the best terms.
