Moscow. 20 July 2006. Effective today, trading in OAO "WGC-2", OAO "TGC-5" and OAO "TGC-6" shares is launched on RTS Classical Market. The companies' shares have been included in the List of non-listed securities.
Also, shares of OAO "WGC-5" today started trading on the MICEX Stock Exchange. MICEX Trading in shares of OAO "WGC-2 " started on 19 July 2006.
Thus, to date, shares of OAO "WGC-2", OAO "WGC-3", OAO "WGC-4", OAO "WGC-5",OAO "Mosenergo" (OAO "TGC-3"), OAO "TGC-5" and OAO "TGC-6" have been floated on the stock market. TGC-8, TGC-9 and WGC-6 shares are expected to start trading on stock markets before the end of Q3 2006.

The decision to establish OAO "WGC-2" was taken by the Board of Directors of RAO "UES of Russia" at its meeting held 24 December 2004. OAO "WGC-2" was registered on 9 March 2005 with the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Izobilnensky District, Stavropol Kray. The Director General of OAO "WGC-2" is Mikhail Kuzichev.
The target model for OAO "WGC-2" provides for the merger of OAO "Pskovskaya TPP", OAO "Stavropolskaya TPP", OAO "Surgutskaya TPP-1", OAO "Serovskaya TPP", and OAO "Troitskaya TPP" with and into OAO "WGC-2".
OAO "TGC-5" consolidates the generating assets in four regions of Russia: Chuvash Republic, Udmurt Republic, Kirov Region, and Mari El Republic. OAO "TGC-5" comprises 11 CHPPs. The Company's head office is located in the city of Kirov. OAO "TGC-5" is headed by Director General Vladimir Lebedev.
The merger of OAO "Vyatskaya Electricity and Heat Company", OAO "Mari Regional Generation Company", OAO "Chuvash Generation Company", and OAO "Udmurt Territorial Generation Company" with and into OAO "TGC-5" took place on 31 March 2006.
OAO "TGC-6" was registered on 27 April 2005 with the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Kanavinsky District, the city of Nizhny Novgorod. OAO "TGC-6" is headed by Director General Vladimir Privalov. The formation of theTGC-6 holding structure was completed in May 2006.
On 12 July 2006, TGC-6 shares started trading on MICEX Stock Exchange. The shares were been included in the MICEX List of non-listed securities.
