From January 15, 2005 Central Telegraph introduced new rates for international calls with Centel telephone cards (Voice-over-IP).

Now any subscriber can make a call to the USA, Canada, Hong Kong, China and to most EU countries for only $0.05 per minute. On minute of a telephone call to Singapore is $0.04. Rates for telephone calls to the countries of South-East Asia, Middle East, South America and Africa; to some direction the prices were reduced in more than 10 times.

Now it will cost less to make a call to Kazakhstan - $0,19 per minute, to Kyrgyzstan - $0,13 per minute, to Uzbekistan – $0,15 per minute and to Ukraine – $0,13 per minute. The full list of new rates you can find at www.cards.cnt.ru/pcc.
