JSC Central Telegraph, one of the leading carriers in the Moscow region, and XD, the largest seller of telephone and Internet cards (www.xd.ru), announced joint advertising action. From April 1 to April 30 all sub-dealers of XD who receive a lot with Centel cards will receive a gift from Central Telegraph – a telephone promo-card for 10 rate units and a mouse pad.
Also, the companies will organize a contest for the sub-dealers. On the basis of sales results in April the organizers of the action will select the best sub-dealer who will receive the main prize, a MegaTel telephone set issued by Central Telegraph with three-months free maintenance. Other participants of the contest will receive smaller prizes with Central Telegraph logo (T-shirts, etc.).
Megatel service means unlimited access to cellular telephone communication at the price starting from $110. Central Telegraph provides this service on the basis of its Centel network and using radio channels of ZAO Sonic-Duo (Megafon-Moscow). Megatel includes a SIM card of Megafon network, a package with direct Moscow number in 095 area code provided by Central Telegraph, a contract for the provision of the service and a subscriber's directory.
"We hope that the joint action with XD will allow Central Telegraph to expand the network of Centel card dealers and to increase dealers' loyalty regarding our card," said Ekaterina Skladchikova, Head of Public Relations and Advertising Department of JSC Central Telegraph.
Centel telephone cards allow making domestic and international long-distance telephone calls from any telephone: home, office, hotel, mobile; from telephone with frozen long-distance code ("8") and even from a street payphone. Centel telephone cards combine traditional telephone and VoIP services. Any customer who wishes to use lower rates for international or domestic communication can make a call via VoIP channels. The cards are simple and convenient in use, you just need to dial a number indicated on the card and follow instructions given by of the automated system or by an operator. Centel telephone cards have nominal value of 30, 50, 100 and 200 rate units. One rate unit equals to 3 rubles (VAT inclusive).
The company issues Internet cards to facilitate dial-up connection services and payments. There are cards with nominal value of $5, $10 and $20. Internet access with Centel cards costs $0.2/hour from 1:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., $0.5/hour from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and $0.7/hour from 8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

Centel telephone and Internet cards are available at Moscow post offices, at Perekrestok and Seventh Continent supermarkets, Mospechat stands, Avialassy-Metro desks, at Euroset, Svyaznoy, Techmarket and Anarion mobile centers.
