Based on the results of the disclosure of the audited consolidated
financial statements for 2024 according to IFRS, Rosseti Centre, PJSC
(ticker – MRKC) – managing organization of Rosseti Centre and
Volga region, PJSC (ticker – MRKP) published a presentation with
the companies’ performance results on the corporate website for the
specified period and guidance for 2025. The presentation reflects the
main financial and production indicators for 2024, as well as
forecast parameters of operating and investment activities in
accordance with the Business Plans and Investment Programs approved
by the companies. The results of the tariff campaign for 2025 and the
achievements of the Companies in the field of the ESG agenda were
also published.
In 2024, the companies continued the systematic
development of their electric grid assets: growth was recorded in all
key production indicators, which indicates the strengthening of their
leading positions in the regions of presence and increases the
ability to ensure uninterrupted and high-quality power supply. At the
same time, the reliability of electric grid facilities is improving:
a decrease in the number of technological violations was noted for
both companies. In 2024, the volume of electricity transmission
services by the companies increased while losses were reduced.
Positive changes of financial indicators of
revenue and EBITDA were noted. The growth in the companies’ revenue
is due to the indexation of tariff rates for electricity transmission
services from 1 July 2024, as well as increased consumption by large
industrial enterprises. Following the completion of the 2025 tariff
campaign, the market share for electricity transmission, based on the
share of the required gross revenue, taking into account the
controlled Territorial Grid Organizations, amounted to 94.5% for
Rosseti Centre, PJSC and 84.2% for Rosseti Centre and Volga region,
PJSC. In 2024, the Investment Program of the Companies was
successfully implemented, which made it possible to commission more
than 8,500 km of power transmission lines and more than 1,900 MVA of
transformer capacity. The Companies continue paying close attention
to reducing the negative impact on the environment, monitoring ESG
factors and maintaining a high level of corporate governance. The
investment case of the Companies is reflected in the growth in the
number of shareholders, the total number of which exceeded 135,000
persons and entities.
