27 November 2015 IDGC of Centre, PJSC placed exchange-traded bonds series BO-04 with a total nominal value of 5 billion rubles. Bookbuilding from investors was held 20 November from 04:00 p.m. Moscow time to 05:00 p.m. Moscow time.

Maturity of the issue is 10 years, a put option after 7 years from the date of placement is provided, as well as a buy-back offer for the bonds under the agreement with their owners after 4 years. The rate of coupons 1-14 is determined on the basis of bookbuilding and is set at 11.58% per annum.

The organizer of the issue of the exchange-traded bonds and the placement agent was Bank GPB (JSC).
