On 8
February 2018, the international rating agency Standard & Poor’s
upgraded the long-term credit rating of IDGC of Centre, PJSC from
"BB-" to "BB", with a "Stable" outlook.
In addition, the agency confirmed the short-term rating of IDGC of
Centre at the level of "B".
The assigned rating reflects expectations of the company’s
support from the parent company, the state-controlled company
Rosseti, taking into account the "moderately" strategic
importance of IDGC of Centre for Group of Companies "Rosseti".
According to S&P, the Company has sustained results in its
core business, and Rosseti has been working for a long time as a
consolidated group and has strengthened coordination and support
mechanisms within the group, has sufficient independence and
financial resources, can receive state support and redirect it into
daughter structures.
The "Stable" outlook reflects the expectation that in
the next 12 months IDGC of Centre will demonstrate stable operating
indicators.
