grid organizations as systemically important territorial grid
organizations and in accordance with the Rules for determining
systemically important territorial grid organizations, approved by
Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of 28 August

and Volga region have been defined as systemically important
territorial grid organizations (STGO) for a period of 5 years.

official websites on the Internet of executive bodies in the field of
state regulation of tariffs and senior officials of the constituent
entities of the Russian Federation.

operational policy and will accelerate the introduction of modern
technologies in the electric grid complex in the territories of the

for implementing the one contact function for consumers of
electricity transmission services and energy sales organizations,
operating ownerless electric grid facilities and eliminating
large-scale failures in the grids of other territorial grid
organizations (TGOs) by decision of the regional reliability
headquarters.
