Mr.Andrey  A. Mityukov was born in 1967.
Mr.A. Mityukov graduated from the Leningrad Military-Political Academy of Air Defence.
In 1995 he accomplished the course of studies and an advance-training course in the scope of "Professional education management" at the University of Vienna (Austria). In 1996, Mr. A.Mityukov completed the postgraduate studies at State Academy of Management with the specialization in "Management".
In 2001- 2002 he passed training within the joint program of Higher School of Economics (Moscow) and Harvard University on "Human Resources Management".
 
Since 1997, Mr. A.Mityukov works as a H.R.Manager, Director on staff relations of large companies "Henkel" and  "Sun Interbrew".
In 2003 he was appointed Director on staff relations of Group of Companies "Sveza", included into the "Severstal-Group".
Since March 2005, Mr.A.Mituykov is JSC Severstal's Director on Personnel.
