On May 29, 2015 the Moscow Exchange decided to include preferred shares of JSOC Bashneft in the First (top) Tier quotation list as from June 2, 2015 (ticker symbol: BANEP; state registration number 2-01-00013-A as of April 7, 2004; ISIN code: RU0007976965).

Prior to the inclusion in the top quotation list, preferred shares of JSOC Bashneft had been on the Third Tier list of the Moscow Exchange. JSOC Bashneft’s ordinary shares were included in the top quotation list of the Moscow Exchange on July 14, 2014.
