Yesterday, the Board of Directors of JSOC Bashneft has approved a number of appointments
Sergey Zdolnik has been appointed Vice President for Oil and Gas Production; Igor Kalyuzhny has been appointed Vice President for Information Technologies; Vitaly Kozlov has been appointed Vice President for Refining and Petrochemicals; Igor Marchenko has been appointed Vice President for Strategy and Development; and Vladislav Pozdyshev has been appointed Vice President for Organizational Development and Human Resources.
Denis Stankevich, Bashneft’s Vice President for Economics and Finance and Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed First Vice President for Refining and Commerce as from May 19, 2015. He will replace Maxim Andriasov, who has decided to continue his career outside the Company.
Sergey Zdolnikwas born in 1972. In 1994 he graduated from the Tyumen Industrial Institute with a degree in Mining Engineering; he then graduated from Tyumen State Oil and Gas University in 2000 and from Stockholm School of Economics in Saint Petersburg in 2009. He holds a degree of Candidate of Engineering Sciences. From 1994 through 2006 Mr. Zdolnik worked for OJSC Yuganskneftegaz as an oil and gas production operator, deputy head of production, head of the production and engineering department for oil and gas production, chief engineer at an OGDP and chief engineer of the Department for Oil and Gas Production. From 2006 through 2012 he held the positions of First Deputy General Director for Production, Chief Engineer, and General Director of LLC RN-Yuganskneftegaz. Since January 2013 he has been the Director of the Department of Oil and Gas Production of JSOC Bashneft. Since September 2014, Mr. Zdolnik has been the acting Vice President for Oil and Gas Production of JSOC Bashneft.
Igor Kalyuzhnywas born in 1966. In 1988 he graduated from Kiev High Military Radioengineering Air Defence School with a degree in Mathematical Support of Automated Control Systems. In 1995 he graduated from Moscow State University with a degree in Applied Mathematics. In 2011 Mr. Kalyuzhny obtained an MBA CIO diploma at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. From 1997 through 2009 he worked for OJSC Mobile Telesystems, where he started as a technical specialist of the settlement service and eventually became the Director of the IT Operating Control Department. In June 2009 he was appointed Deputy General Director for Information Technologies of OJSC Sistema-Invest. From 2009 through 2014 Mr. Kalyuzhny held the position of Vice President for Information Technologies of JSOC Bashneft. From 2014 to 2015 he held the post of CIO of Medsi Group of Companies. Since February 2015 Mr. Kalyuzhny has been the acting Vice President for Information Technologies of JSOC Bashneft.
Vitaly Kozlovwas born in 1977. He graduated from the Ryazan State Radio Engineering University with a degree in Management in 1999 and completed a thesis in Moscow Aviation Institute in 2002. In 2012 he obtained a ÌÂÀdegree in Strategic Management and Leadership. From 2001 through 2012 Mr. Kozlov occupied the positions of Head of the Planning and Controlling Division, Director of the Planning and Performance Management Department, Commercial Director and acting General Director of CJSC Ryazan Oil Refining Company. From 2012 through 2013 he held the post of Commercial Director, Director of the Planning and Performance Management Department and Director of Operations at OJSC TNK-BP Management. Since May 2013, he has been the Director of the Department for Improvement of Operational Efficiency of Oil Refining at JSOC Bashneft. Since September 2014, Mr. Kozlov has been the acting Senior Vice President for Refining and Petrochemicals of JSOC Bashneft.
Igor Marchenkowas born in 1968. In 1994 he graduated from Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation, and in 1998 he finished the Graduate School of International Business of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. From 1994 through 1997 he worked as a Project Manager for Russian Oil Initiative. From 1997 through 2006 Mr. Marchenko held various positions in OJSC Sibneft, where he started as the Chief Economist and the Head of Department and eventually became the Head of the Strategic Development Department. From February through October 2006 he was the Director for Financial Consulting in LLC Renaissance Capital Financial Consultant. In 2006 and 2007 he worked as the Development Director of LLC ITERA Oil and Gas Company; from 2007 through 2009 he held the position of Vice President for Development in OJSC RussNeft. From 2009 through 2011 Mr. Marchenko occupied the position of Executive Vice President, Director of the Strategy Department of the Fuel and Energy Business Unit of JSFC Sistema, and since April 2011 he was the Executive Vice President for Development of Oil Assets of the Core Assets Business Unit of JSFC Sistema. Since April 2012 through July 2014 he held the post of Vice President for Strategy and Development of JSOC Bashneft. Since January 2015 he has been the acting Vice President for Strategy and Development of JSOC Bashneft.
Vladislav Pozdyshevwas born in 1970. In 1992 he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Saint Petersburg State University; in 2001 he completed an Executive MBA programme at Stockholm School of Economics in Saint Petersburg. From 1993 through 1997 Mr. Pozdyshev headed the branch of CJSC Reebok Russia (Retail) in Saint Petersburg. From 1997 through 2003 he held the positions of Vice President, General Manager, and Director of Operations in Mary Kay in Western Europe, the position of General Manager of CJSC Mary Kay (Ukraine), and headed the office of CJSC Mary Kay in Saint Petersburg. From 2005 through 2007 he served as the Deputy Director of MTS Russia Business Unit, the Director of the Customer Care Department, and a Project Director at OJSC MTS. In 2008 and 2009 Mr. Pozdyshev held the position of Director for Organizational Development in KIT Finance Investment Bank and the post of Director for Business Development in CJSC Svyaznoy Group. From 2009 through 2013 he worked for Sistema Shyam TeleServices Ltd. (MTS India) as the Chief Human Resources and Administrative Officer and the Chief Organizational Excellence and Customer Experience Officer. Since October 2013 he has been the Vice President for Human Resources of JSOC Bashneft.
Denis Stankevichwas born in 1974. He graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics of Udmurt State University with a degree in Applied Mathematics in 1997 and from the Faculty of Economics with a degree in Finance and Credit in 1998. From 1997 through 1999 Mr. Stankevich worked for the Ural Trust Bank. From 1999 through 2004 he headed the Economics and Finance Department of OJSC Belkamneft. From 2004 through 2009 Mr. Stankevich occupied the position of General Director of OJSC ASPEC. Since 2010 he held the post of Financial Director for Refining and Commerce of JSOC Bashneft. Since April 2013 he has been the Vice President for Economics and Finance and Chief Financial Officer of JSOC Bashneft.
