Power generation of OJSC “Bashkirenergo” in June 2012 reduced by 10,2% compared to the similar period of the previous year and totaled to 1,539.2 mln kWh. Such decline in generation was conditioned by reduction of hourly average price on the wholesale market, as well as by low inflow to the water reservoirs of hydro power plants. Thus, company’s power generation in H1 2012 comprised 11,012.57 mln kWh, which is 4% less than H1 2011.
According to SO UPS the total power output of Russia in June 2012 increased by 0.8% Y-o-Y to 73.7 bln kWh, and the total power generation at the Urals united power system decreased by 3.6% comparing to the similar of the previous year and comprised 18.4 bln kWh. The total power output in Russia since the beginning of 2012 was 533.4 bln kWh or 1.6% more than January-June of 2011, and at the Urals united power system increased by 1.3% and totaled to 129.9 bln kWh in H1 2012.
Thus, share of Bashkirenergo’s output was 8.37% in UPS Urals and 2.09% in Russia as a whole.
Heat output of OJSC “Bashkirenergo” in June 2012 reduced by 5.9% compared to the similar of the last year and comprised 873.47 thousand Gcal, due to termination of servicing rented property by “BashRES” LLC. The Company’s total heat output for H1 2012 was 13,217.75 or 5.3% less than similar indicator of the previous year.
