OJSC “Bashkirenergo” continues to publish information about customers’ indebtedness for supplied heat and hot water. The indebtedness of legal entities to OJSC “Bashkirenergo” for supplied heat and hot water didn’t change materially during the previous month and amounted to RUB 2bln as of the beginning of July, RUB 1.52bln of which is over two month overdue. Managing companies are the main debtors.

Inhabitants who concluded a contract with managing company are the only ones, who can effectively control activity of such company, decency in execution of contract and spending of funds as per their intended purpose. In accordance with RF Housing Code the managing company must provide free access to information about its economic activity, rendered services and carried out works on remodeling and maintenance of common property in apartment building, the order and terms of rendering such services as well as their cost for the purpose to comply with the RF government decree #731 dated 23.09.2010
