The new membership of the Board of Directors of OJSC “Bashkirenergo” elected the Chairman and the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and formed relevant committees on its first meeting.

The new membership of the Board of Directors of OJSC “Bashkirenergo” comprised of 13 people was elected on the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 20, 2011. The first meeting of the Board of Directors took place later on the same day where Felix Evtushenkov, First Vice President and Head of “Core Assets” Division of JSFC “Sistema”, was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mikhail Cherniy, Executive Vice-President for the development of energy assets of JSFC “Sistema”, became the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors has also formed the Audit Committee, Nominating and Remuneration Committee and Strategy Committee.
