Alexander Parshkov was appointed Vice President for procurement processes at ALROSA.

Alexander Parshkov formerly headed Procurement department at Rosneft. He is a graduate of Moscow State University with a degree in economics and management, Cand. Sc. (economics).

Earlier procurement issues, among others, was part of the duties of the Deputy Executive Director of the company. The creation of the Vice President position will ensure the centralization and improve the efficiency of procurement procedures of the ALROSA Group.
