Moscow, 29 August 2007 - Intourist Group of Companies is planning to finish the construction of the resort-hotel complex "Altai-RESORT" in Mayaminsky district of the Altai Republic by 2010.    LLC "Stepankovo" (100% of the stock belongs to Intourist VAO) leased the ground area on a long term basis.

Tourist complex "Altai-RESORT" will include a four-star hotel with 120 rooms, mountain-skiing infrastructure, and SPA-complex. The sum of investment to the project is about $20 million.

OJSC "Intourist Hotel Group", affiliated with VAO Intourist, will manage the complex "Altai-RESORT".
