MOSCOW, Russia - 14 September 2012- JSC SITRONICS ("SITRONICS Group"), the leading provider of telecommunications, information technology and microelectronic solutions in Russia and the CIS, today announces the completion of the deal between SITRONICS Group and its major shareholder, OJSC RTI, and NVision Group Managing Company LLC for the strategic integration of their IÑT assets. The deal has been completed on the terms announced on July 13, 2012.
