Moscow, Russia- September 14, 2012- Sistema JSFC ("Sistema") (LSE: SSA), the largest diversified publicly-traded investment company in Russia and the CIS, and NVision Group today announce that OJSC RTI Group ("RTI Group"), the largest industrial holding of high-tech research and production companies within Sistema, and NVision Group Managing Company LLC have completed the deal for the strategic integration of RTI Group's and CJSC NVision Group's information and communication technologies assets. The deal has been completed on the terms announced on July 13, 2012.
