Gurgaon, India - October 8, 2009. - Sistema Shyam TeleServices Ltd (SSTL) launched its services under MTS brand in Delhi NCR by presenting the Delhi subscribers with an innovative tariff plan Power of One with per second billing. The MTS branded launch in Delhi coincides with the national roll out of its mobile high speed services –MBlaze throughout the country in October.
