Aeroflot-Russian Airlines informed its air tickets sales offices about its readiness to return full fare paid for the company’s flights between Moscow and Bangkok if passengers refuse of the travel. At the same time the fine is cancelled if tickets are returned for the flights to Bangkok irrespective of the fare restrictions. Aeroflot makes all regular flights between Moscow and Bangkok in the interests of Russian citizens-victims for their sooner arrival in Moscow.

According to Aeroflot representative in Bangkok, all the passengers who wish to come back to Moscow by the airline company’s flights can make it irrespective of the departure date in the ticket. If tickets are lost, new ones are to be issued. Aeroflot representative office in Bangkok contacts closely with representatives of the Russian embassy and travel agencies.
