March 17, 2005, Moscow. – In February 2005 the airline company carried 413 500 passengers (including 1 100 passengers of charter flights) and 11 500 tons of post and freight. There were made 1.3355 billion passenger-kilometers and 183.6mln ton-kilometers.
Operating volumes vs. 2004 amounted to: according to passenger-kilometers – 96.9%, according to ton-kilometers – 99.8%, according to carriage of passengers – 97.8 %, according to post carriage – 110.4%, according to freight carriage – 114.6.
Percentage of enplaned traffic amounted to 54.8%.
Volume indicators decrease is connected with the total reduction of passenger carriages on the domestic airline market.
For two months of 2005 Aeroflot carried 896 000 passengers and 21 300 tons of post and freight, made 2.944mln passenger-kilometers and 387.5mln ton-kilometers.
Percentage of enplaned traffic amounted to 54.7%.
According to the results of two months operating volumes increased vs. 2004: according to passenger-kilometers - by 2.5 % (+70.4mln pkm), according to carriage of passengers - by 3.2 % (+28 100 passengers), according to ton-kilometers - by 6.7% (+24.2mln tkm), according to freight carriage – by 17.1 % (+3 000 tons).
The average daily flight of hours per an average properly functioning plane amounted to 10.2 hours; this exceeds the level of 2004 by 1.2 hour.
