- Anticipatory termination of authority of Aeroflot-Russian airlines Board of Directors elected on the annual shareholders meeting on May 25, 2002.
- Aeroflot-Russian airlines Board of Directors election.
- Anticipatory termination of authority of Aeroflot-Russian airlines auditing commission elected on the annual shareholders meeting on May 25, 2002.
- Aeroflot-Russian airlines auditing commission election.
At Aeroflot-Russian airlines special shareholders meeting they voted against the anticipatory termination of authority of Aeroflot-Russian airlines Board of Directors elected on the annual shareholders meeting on May 25, 2002.
